So recently my trucks been randomly missing, itll do it twice a day at least. I can be driving and when i leave my foot off the gas even juss a lil it backfires bad. Theres a lil loss of performance when this happens. If i were to stay on the gas it wont back fire at all until i let off. If i were at a stoplight it idles so low it sounds like its cammed, 500rpm or below. But if i drive say 10 mins like that itll go away randomly n il have full power again and run great. Other times i gotta pull over, shut the truck off. Wait 5 mins then drive away like nuttin happend. Heres what i did. New 180 thermostat, autolite 3923 plugs, wires( 6months old) and newer 02 sensors( also 6months old). Any idea. It ran great a month ago.

How is the plenum? What brand O2 sensors did you install?

Those magnaflow "high flow" cats are nothing but trouble. Ive installed several by request for customers thinking theyre gaining something but they come back weeks to months later with cat efficiency codes, catalyst completely gone or the cat is stuck in there sideways. I would start there since the truck just started doing it

Yup. Plugs being white and the code, it's lean. I'd be replacing the pre-cat O2 sensor and see where that gets me.
