Urgent Help Needed Seeking Discontinued Transmission Harness 2014 6.7l 3500 Aisin

I’m in a bit of a bind and could really use your collective wisdom and resources. I own a 2014 Dodge Ram 3500 with a 6.7L engine, equipped with an Aisin transmission. Sadly, I’ve hit a roadblock – my transmission wire harness needs replacement, but the part seems to be discontinued. Here are the details:

• Part Number: 68224834AC
• Transmission Type: Aisin
• Vehicle: 2014 Dodge Ram 6.7L 3500

I’ve already scoured local dealerships, online auto parts stores, and even some junkyards, but no luck so far.

If anyone here has any leads on where I might find this part, or if you know of a reliable aftermarket alternative that would fit the bill, please let me know. Also, any tips on navigating this kind of situation, or recommendations for shops or specialists who might have a solution, would be immensely appreciated.

There are multiple part numbers for the Aisin harness. Maybe one can be crossed? Benny at @AllMoparParts.com might be able to help you identify something that works. Maybe it has been superseded with a newer part number?

Worst case scenario, you could (with patience) make a new harness if yours can't be repaired... You might also take it to a shop that's good with electrical to see if they can repair yours or make you a new one.

If all else fails research custom wiring harness, there are companies that will make you a harness, but it will be $$$.

I'm not too sure. The part number from Mopar is 6822434AC. When I search it it only shows oem diagram so I cannot compare its appearance.

I would call Next Gen Drivetrain, the company in the link Burla provided. There aren't a ton of shops that "speak Aisin", and they may be a good resource for your situation.

Do a search on car-part.com. They have a few in California junk yards with the part number that you're looking for.
