Looks like brand new the prices range anywhere from $70-90. I think you just program your keys to it and if I remember right to use it you just double click the lock button.

I think you also need a code to access the website to program it to your truck if it isn't already programmed.... But if it was on a 2010 truck, like yours then you should just have to program it to your key fob.
