Vararam Out of Business???

Not trying to spread unfounded rumors here, but something must be going on with Vararam.

Their toll free number is going to a different (furniture) company.

Their direct number is just an answering machine that refers the caller to yet another number for tech support.

Their tech support number has a full mailbox and you can't leave a message.

Their email address bounces back with a fatal error: “user is over quota”.

Anybody know what's going on?

well........I was doing an apples to apples view? 432 (assumed shipped for just the vararam from Summit) vs Moe's at 344. Summit doesn't have the throttle body....

Just spoke to Matt, he said all is well at Vararam. Small company with no one manning phones last week due to travel and they are having an issue with their toll free number bouncing to a different company that they are working on.

We ship everything for free, and the throttle body is just an optional upgrade. It does not have to be purchased with the intake. Like Jeremy said, the intake by itself is only $344 shipped.

As for Vararam, they are still very much in business. Last week, their office manager was at an out of state car show, so they were not able to monitor phones like they usually do. Show is over now, and all is well.

Jake, we have a stock order coming in from Vararam on Tuesday, and it has my new production y-pipe included in the shipment. I have been waiting on this y-pipe for about 2 months now, so I will be installing it as soon as it comes in. The prototype Y-pipe had crush bends and cats smaller than my fist. This new y-pipe is all mandrel bent and has the correct high flow cats. Assuming all goes well with the install, they will start full production which takes about 30 days to get the first round built, boxed up, and ready to ship.

Yah, I'm well aware...very disappointing that they (Vararam) were confident enough to put on their website that these headers were coming in late November of 2013 and here we are 11 months later and they still are not ready...oh well, I'm broke anyway!

This is the same company that sold a 6.4 intake to a person on here and then claimed that ram must have changed something when it didn't fit. That 6.4 has only been in the 2500 for 2014, so nothing could have changed.
