I finally pulled my sensor out to see why my light randomly comes on when I'm full of fluid and here's what I found. I cleaned the sensor wit a qtip and im pretty sure this will fix the issue. Hope this helps some people.

hi, i also had my washer fluid light come on even though my tank had washer fluid in it . come to find out that if you use rain x windshield washer fluid it can cause your washer light to come on like mine did . the dealer drained the washer fluid i put in which was rain x and replaced it with a regular washer fluid and my problem was solved . dealer told me not to use any washer fluid that has additives like rain x or your washer light could come on as the cause of using a rain x style washer fluid. just use regular windshield washer fluid .

you would think the washer fluid would keep it clean while it's contained.
