5.5k I think. I've maxed mine out before. It revs high I know that, at least mine does in gear.

Yeah I assumed it was at 5k before, since it never let me go higher. Then the other day I wanted to see how fast I could go in first. After I passed 65 mph I noticed i was past 5k and backed off lol

Full on replacement computer where mods stick like flies to ****. I'm not kidding.
It loves mods.

I don't think you can get one for the 98+ trucks though.

I can take mine off if I want to but I don't know the engine that well. I'm not sure what's safe for it

You can do that with the SCT I take it? That kinda sucks you don't know just play it safe then a keep it under 5500. I am good to about 6500-6700 and have only been there a few time's snow wheeling years ago.

I can tell you a friend of mine put a blower on his 5.9L Grand Cherokee, 12 lbs of boost, pushed to 6K quite often, 40K miles of that abuse and it never let go. Engine was bone stock other than a billet timing set. I pulled it apart at 126K miles and a few crank/rod bearings were down to the copper however it still held perfect oil pressure and ran perfectly. That block, crank and rods are the core of my build.

When it came time for me to build the bottom end first part I purchased was Mopar's forged crank, I knew I was going up in comp and was going to be buzzing it so I wanted no chance of failure whatsoever.

Well it's all basically new and/or already painted lol. But I think I'll just keep it black. Kind of subtle. Although I'm tossing around the idea of chrome diff covers after i do my gears and LSD. Chrome or red. Opinions guys ?

Oh I know. I wanted something like that. But remember, teenager budget. Lmao. I found some chrome plated Spectre covers for like $20 a piece.
