My opinion no you don't. The all in ones break really easy on the inside. When I had my 05 Durango I made a sentry key and used that with remote start as these remotes just don't last like the separate ones. Just my take.

Man aint that the truth. the original key the auto start picked and choosed when it wanted to work (i use auto start about 90% of the time,) then the lock unlock most the time i had to smack the key on my arm a few times to get em to work, then it just got worse. second key the auto start went out completely and again with the smacking to unlock/lock doors. im on my 3rd key now and these stupid things aint cheap (money wise) for what you get. ok my rants done

I'm still using the original remote start keys that came with mine. So far I ain't had a problem with them working. Just once a year battery changes and at the same time I'll take a qtip with rubbing alcohol to clean the bottom of the buttons and the circuit board but that's it.

I did have to replace both keypads tho shortly after buying the truck but that was only because they were cracked and dry rotted.

I need to get one of those switch bezels. My driver side has a broken tab and the whole thing moves forward when I roll up the windows.

Today, I finally replaced the leaking output shaft seal on the transmission. Then checked all the fluids, topped off the washer and power steering reservoirs and then gave the truck a bath. Oh and replaced the old steering wheel cover with a new one.

I decided to test fit the mirrors today, since I'm going to wait to get them painted for a couple of weeks. I'm going to take a few things in at the same time to save some cash.

Are those lenses clear coated? I have everything coming this week to do my paint matched retrofit and just realised my lenses are peeling. So now I have to order new headlights before I can start, but really wanna know if clearing the lenses leaves ANY haze or anything that is visible. Yours look flawless
