Up until at least 2012,
the largest radio came with a 6.5" screen
those radios were the MYGIG RER & RHR 730 Navigation radios
and the MYGIG REN 430, all made by Harmon Automotive.
Back then, the radios were a like a rectangular box
I believe that the 8.4" screen radios, had a larger screen, but it did not have a hard drive or CD Player, so the shape of the radio over all size was different
In 2013, they started using the Uconnect 3.0 , 5.0 , & 8.4 radios
I think they were used until 2018 some time.
At that time, they made several changes
i believe the 8.4" size was retained, but they used a Uconnect 5 format & Tom Tom navigation.
but i think they also, started installing a 10" radio
