I frankly figured directly messaging them would illicit the fastest / most direct response but that didnt happen hence my question of what was the usual dwell time on getting an inbox response.Have you posted your query to the forum? Generally, by providing a detailed (try to be as on point as possible and avoid "last Ram I will ever own" threats, even though you may have a legitimate beef) information about the problem, what you have done to isolate or diagnose the issue, parts replaced, and any other details that will help the knowledgeable people here.
