Wheel swap

I wanna switch rims on my 1994, to the 2013 rims. Is this possible ? I know the 13 can’t take the 94s due to the rotor size, but what about 2013s on the older truck? It’s temporary anyway and I’m in the process of registering veh after years off the street. It does have a lift so body clearance not an issue.
