Which Kit to Buy

Which kit should I buy to lower my 2013 R/T? I want a complete kit that requires no cutting, etc.. Thanks for the help.

I have the belltech kit and its great just slightly bumpy on all the bumps but still rides smooth.

Does the Belltech kit come with a panhard relocation bracket? I read that is does and then I went to their website and did not see it.

Mine came with the 4 springs 4 shocks 4 bumpstops track bar relocator and 2 rear swaybar end-links.
