Have a 2013 1500 Big Horn, had the engine replaced by a dealer in FL in 9/2021. Invoice stated 3 year/100k MILES. In Nov 2023, had engine replaced again due to blown head gasket. The dealership was a different dealer (different state) paid cash due to dealer needing extended time for approval. Returned to the original dealership and asked about warrenty. The gave me a number for Ram Service. Called and they informed me that they only covered parts for 2 years. So who really provides warrenty service. Also second time replace engine was 2K higher

If you have it in writing (sounds like you do if it was on the invoice) go back to the dealer and show them. If that doesn't work contact an attorney. if you have 3/100 in writing it should be a pretty easy case.

Another thing is some dealerships are honest & sell MOPAR warranties, other dealerships sell other companies warranties that are only honored at certain local dealerships
