what are you guys using to tint your headlights and taillights?

Strictly automotive paint and clear, shot from a spray gun. No VHT, no plastidip, no spray cans.

Also, we do not tint the headlight lenses, just paint the insides!

Actually Erik retrod heads ARE illegal. Any modification to the headlights is illegal. Even removing the reflector. Pnp kits also fall into this category. Just most cops don't give a **** about that.

It's one of those rarely enforced laws. I'm a mod on HidPlanet and members are always talking about removing their retrofits for state inspections and putting them back in afterwards.

Its a tough call there man.

I know that a MO State Highway Patrolman has looked at mine, said the only "bad" thing about it was the reflectors (I painted 'em). But, he wouldn't ticket me for it.

Thin line, but I'd walk it everyday to get the light output. LOL

Swipe away! haha

Now all that's left is to make up my mind on ram runner bumper or stock with light bar then we'll know if I'll be placing an order in the future for some matched fogs :********:

I say keep the bumper and put on a defiant light bar. they are tough and look pretty good.

That's with brake lights, I didn't think about snatching one with just running lights. I'm bored enough to go snap one real quick if anyone wants to see it, lol.

Ok so just walked out there and turned the lights on to see how bright the running lights are during the day and it's not enough worth a picture, lol. It's not light running lights matter during day time anyway. They're still plenty bright during the night though when they matter.

I went to take a look at them but defiant doesn't make 4th gen ram light bars. If I got that route it'll most likely be a westin light bar that goes on the truck.

Nothing wrong with that. :D

I have pics of my truck, leveled with the light bar if you ever want to see them.
