2023 ram 2500 order timeline
The vehicle has manual cab locks. You unlock it the old fashion way with a key. The tailgate has a key lock as well. The fob is used to start the vehicle and has a push button for remote unlock of the tailgate...odd to say the least.- carlucci89

The event is over, I now own the vehicle. Quite a process and glad it's over. I'm happy with the vehicle. I went with the vinyl seats, I was surprised with the quality, very nice, for my purposes better than the cloth. Went with manual locks, but the tailgate locks are on the fob. Dual...- carlucci89

It showed up at the dealer last week. I went down and looked at it today. It was filthy with dirt from sitting around but ot has arrived. From Order to dealer 162 days.- carlucci89

Average production time nowdays
In my experience, the answer to your question is 'it depends'. Hopefully yours is a 1500. Some on this board have been waiting 6 to 8 months for 2500 and 3500 models. May your wait be short!- carlucci89

I had that code for a while too. It ended up being a hole in one of the tank lines. The dealer found it, it was not an expensive fix and has not returned.- carlucci89

Dealership Says They Won't Put Chrome Bumpers on a Custom Built Longhorn
I ordered a 2500 and did not want chrome bumpers! When the dealer went to input my build codes the system would not allow him to enter the snow chief group without them (even though website did).
