Pedal Commander help
The Pedal Commander has major radio frequency issues. That is why I pulled mine. When off roading using radio comms, the VHF radios trigger the PC and cause it to throw a throttle code and put you in limp mode. Anybody know what the heck this is?
Looks like this bolt has been tampered with before. Was the heat shield removed?? The small bolt that holds the heat shield to the stud is still threaded (rusted) on the stud. Whenever mine broke, they didn't just fall out because the broken part of the bolt was still attached to the heat shield...- Dan90

Carven Progressive Exhaust ordered! Am I gonna like it?
Same setup for me and exact same range I felt there was drone. Wasn’t terrible but after 2 years wore me down and I was sick of it. Still loved the sound of the Carven at idle and especially on acceleration but just couldn’t handle the drone on highway anymore.- Dan90

I don’t think I’ve seen anyone mention traction boards. Actiontraxs makes some great boards. I’ve probably used this tool more than any other and they don’t take up much room. Lower control arm ball joint replacement
Digging up this older thread... is Master Pro line from O'reilly's still the consensus for quality joint only replacement? Need to replace my lower ball joints for "excessive movement". 88k miles and it sees off-roading several times throughout the year. I'm of the opinion OEM is best for...- Dan90

Exhaust Manifolds
curious, which brand shorty headers did you put on? I had a similar experience with JBA's a while back and drove me to put stock manifolds back on. Would go with a quality long tube (ARH) if I were to do it again.... which I might need to do considering I have a broken passenger side front...- Dan90

Clunking sound
ICON UCAs have served me well. Sealed, which is why I went with them, and as close as you can get to a true uniball setup. Not a huge fan of having to maintain with grease but the price you pay for something to withstand a beating and not fail. That bushing doesn't look great, but just incase... -
