I'm running them in a 37x12.5x18 and I am not impressed as far as on road performance goes. All 4 of mine are out of round. I've contacted federal to see what can be done to rectify the situation.

Crack a few injector lines open and spin it over until fuel sprays out. Tighten them back and she should fire up. It may run rough for a minute or so.

I am at roughly 55k miles. I do a fair amount of driving mixed and some 1500+ mile trips every few months. I am going to be installing a catch can after reading this. Question is, is there a safe method to clean the intake track before hand without removing intake and heads?

Yeah, I just priced a set of 5100 on amazon at less than 250 shipped. I plan on a 6" lift in the not too distant future so I will be able to adjust back down as needed to keep it level.

I bought it from the dealership when I purchased the truck as it was used with about 13k on the clock. That's what they offered me. I'm currently waiting a reply from FCA to see if there is anything they can do. Dealership quoted me ~450 for a strut installed plus an alignment.

Anybody have issues with Zurich extended warranty? I've found that my third brake light that shorted out from water damage isn't covered because it was due to a faulty seal. Also that my left front strut isn't covered due to it being a seal leaking vs the body.
What's the damn point of paying...
I think the argument will be the labor behind the broken bolts, because it's not the manifold that is broken. Time will tell and I'll report accordingly.

No, I pretty sure I read that in mine, but now I may have been confused. It's going in in the morning for water leaking into my cab and strut that is leaking, so I'll bring it to their attention.
