Lowered 2" in the rear QUESTION

I had the same issue on my 17 2wd cc with 2” rear drop. I just took off the springs and reinstalled the oem. Looked very good and handled even better, but didnt want to deal with the vibration.

Small leak (?) bottom of transmission.

Engine oil pan gasket from rear end most likely. Where the rear main cover meets the block, it has a small dab of rtv and seeps through there if not properly applied. Not very common but we do get them once in a while at the dealer. Also sometimes its just oil residue from the assembly line.

    Alignment?

Possibly bent suspension component. Most of the times alignment shops just toe-and-go. Just adjust the toe and dont bother setting camber and caster. Im a tech but dont do alignments, ive had my 17 ram with 33k miles aligned like 6 times and its still not set to my liking. But since i dont mess...
