I had the same issue on my 17 2wd cc with 2” rear drop. I just took off the springs and reinstalled the oem. Looked very good and handled even better, but didnt want to deal with the vibration.
My view as a tech....when engines fail, wether failed valvetrain or noisy, warranty never asks for brand of oil used. All warranty asks about is sludge. Ive replaced engines that failed/seized with as low as 40 miles and as high as 300k miles. A bunch of cam/lifters on hemis from 10k to 200k...
Engine oil pan gasket from rear end most likely. Where the rear main cover meets the block, it has a small dab of rtv and seeps through there if not properly applied. Not very common but we do get them once in a while at the dealer. Also sometimes its just oil residue from the assembly line.
Possibly bent suspension component. Most of the times alignment shops just toe-and-go. Just adjust the toe and dont bother setting camber and caster. Im a tech but dont do alignments, ive had my 17 ram with 33k miles aligned like 6 times and its still not set to my liking. But since i dont mess...
