I would bet Denver has a higher percentage of biodiesel in their mix. That’s something else about my regens. I pulled my 5th from SW Louisiana to north Mississippi just south of Memphis. Alfaobd issue
I’m having similar issues as above. I was able to successfully add the Trailer TPMS and enable, but now I always get an “Unable to verify” message, like its hooked up, but not communicating. I have tried connecting to a few different year models and it always switches it back to the 2021...- East0352

When I pull a trailer, the gauge actually goes back down to 0% on its own as long as I keep it above 1700 RPM. It climbs if not under load. Just doesn’t make sense to me. I understand start and stop, without emissions, you can see the soot shoot out of an exhaust every time someone takes off...- East0352

I agree 100% that using fuel to burn of fuel residue sounds backwards. Almost as backwards as recirculating dirty air into the intake with all that air they spent so much time cleaning before sucking it in (EGR).- East0352

My concern comes mainly from a sudden decrease in MPG and oil analysis coming back with double the normal amount of diesel in only 1/3 the normal change interval. So possibly as much as three times the diesel it should have. I know the regen cycle causes the engine to spray oil on the exhaust...- East0352

What happen to REGEN?
Fuel mileage does drop during regen. Mine drops way more than yours does. From about 26mpg @55mph to about 12-13mpg @ 55mph.- East0352

Break in, alarm did not go off.
All the Rams come with the capability of an alarm, but you will need the AlphaOBD program to enable it fully. I did that on my 2016 Tradesman. Along with enabling the key fob window down function.- East0352

Dash trim piece kits.
I put one of these kits in my tradesman and it really improved the look of the interior. The molded pieces are shaped to fit around an object. The only molded piece they offered was the steering wheel piece. Everything else is 99% flat with rounded edges. -

2018 Ram 2500 Pulling on Highway
Trying to warranty it won’t fix it. Mine is way worse and only to the left, no matter what side of road I am on. There is a tubber dampener in the steering column. It is just way too soft and allows a lot of slop in the steering. You will have to shore it up to fix this.- East0352

For alphaOBD you will need an OBD tether or Bluetooth to laptop or bluetooth to android. I chose the wired version as the Bluetooth one I had was a pain to get to link via Bluetooth. There is a dedicated forum for the program. way too much info for this post. You will need your truck’s PIN also...- East0352

I run 305/55-20 Wranglers with the kevlar. I run them at 55/50 fr/rr. When I pull my 5th wheel, I bump the rear up to 65.
