Its a 1500 I don't think 3500 springs will ride very good on a 1500 might be a little stiff. It dems like a lot of work to keep popping out the spring and cutting a half coil at a time. Wish there was an easier way to do it. Doesn't it mess the ball joint up when your smacking it with a ball...
i have seen where some people have problems with cutting springs. is that because they are cutting old springs?
will the front end be able to be aligned and stay in alignment?
i don't know the differances but i cant even find spindles with out springs.
i was wondering if i could just cut 2 more inches off of 2 inch lowering springs?
i want to lower my front end 4 inches on my 01 but i cant find a kit for 2001 that has springs and spindles it seems like they all skip 2000 and 2001. is there any way to lower the front 4 inches?
FYI my passenger window and both door locks quit and it wa the connector to the switches on the passenger side door. the driver window still worked fine. both door locks did not work. i unplugged and plugged the connector and it fixed it

Then I cut out all but about ¾ of an inch...
I don't rember the dimentions but I can measure it again.
I found the deminsion I needed by the speaker requirements. The pioneer speaker I used required like 1 cubic foot of air space and I built the box deeper in front then the back and I had to cut out some of the foam in the seat cushion to...
The stuff I used no sandpaper no scratch-x just a paper towel and light rubbing. It did mine in less time than having a smoke
