Careful if you want RAM EV, it maybe more expensive than you think
Do you speak from actual firsthand experience? I think with BEV pickups the verdict is still out especially for those who tow a lot and over longer distances. He's running a 5th gen - likely an improvement to the 5th gen Carplay implementation that's not been adapted for the 4th gen uConnect systems, best guess.- HitchHiker

Can’t say that I have - I’ve just gotten used to using the dashboard mode in CarPlay that displays data from multiple apps at the same time. That way I can see Maps data while also being able to view song data. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- HitchHiker

Lost control of everything.
I’ve never seen the key fob not detected alert. I likely would have tried to pull the fuses associated with the controlling systems and/or tried a battery disconnect before calling for a tow. One other thought - 10k miles per year - is that enough for you? Most of the RAM leases charge 25 cents per mile for overages - so if you currently drive more than that, you will want to up the mileage allowance on the lease agreement.
