    As others have mentioned, a locksmith is the way to go for programming. I paid $40 to have a key I purchased off ebay programmed for mine. Just make sure you buy a new key and not a used one because apparently you can't reprogram them. Also, be sure to call around... Prices varied quite a bit...

    Pure gold Key ???

    I bought a new key off ebay for around $40. My local locksmith charged me another $40 to program it. You just have to make sure the key is new and never programmed to another RAM or it wont work (made that mistake the first time).

    Rear window leak.

    Definitely the 3rd brake light. Easy fix though with a trip to Home Depot as is described in the link Chris above posted. Mine leaked only in the exact same spot as yours. Ridiculous.
