I posted photos in the thread of what the issue was. It wasn’t a fuse, it was a chaffed wire inside the carrier.- MickeyC

Service Axle Locker System
Our best tech verified there were no issues with the connector. There’s an actuator inside the diff that’s part of the case and cannot be serviced separately. We ordered a rear case and he found the problem instantly. Chafed wire for the win. Since changing the case, it’s been working great.- MickeyC

Just bought a brand new 2022 DT Ram 1500 Rebel on Friday. It had 58 kms on it. Side note: I actually work in the parts dept at my local CDJR.
