Just wondering if anyone has run these on there 5th gen rams with the 6.4l? Any better milage, towing, or performance with them? Anything worse?
Thanks in advance!
Just talked to then it has locked out the ecu it sounds like. They said it needs to be shipped to them or go to a dealer to have the factory setting force installed... super cool
I'm trying to put my truck back to the original tune and my diablo sport dcx keeps getting to the key cycle phase of installing the backup and freezing up. The truck won't start or do anything? Any ideas what I can do?
I just tried to order a new 22, 2500 mega cab, and night edition is no longer available for HD trucks? Anyone know anything about this? Should I just hold out a little longer or is it gone?
My truck cane with 285/60r20's stock. I want to get winter tires for it, our roads suck up here.
I can get either:
275/65/20 -3/4" taller
265/60/20 -1"smaller
I do a fair amount of towing sleds and wish I had lower gears half the time. Just wondering if that smaller tire will look funny...
I really only need the section from just before the axle to the end of the pipe. That's why I figured a dpf kit, cut and fab the joint to fit the stock exhaust and should be good to go? But didnt know if anyone had done it or not? Guess I'll see what I can come up with?
Thanks, but not looking to get rid of the stock muffler. I want quiet still, but better looking at the exit. I'll just have a local shop weld something up if the dpf back wont work.
Looking to replace the ugly resonator and tailpipe on my 14' 6.4 gasser. Looks like a dpf back system for a cummins would be a real close fit. Have any of you tried it? Or what needs to be modified?
Thanks in advance!
Jesse
I had to have my mopar rotors replaced after a caliper froze under warranty. They have 2 diff ones, oem, and then cheaper versions- that's what they replaced my stock ones with. And withing 10k mi they were pulsing when braking.
I'm looking at going with power stop drilled and slotted rotors...
My 14' 2500 is in need of rotors. I already bought ebc yellow pads, and realised the rotors are getting a little thin. I tow a 5k lb sled trailer in the winter and a 10k lb 5th wheel in the summer. Factory brakes worked fine, but better is well better lol. Just put factory rotors in or are there...
Here's the link, about half the cost of arh, I know they aren't constructed as nicely, but there half the price. 1 3/4" primary's, and the same basic design as arh. So anybody try them...
I talked to Sean at hemifever and got a custom tune. He said his tunes are all safe for towing. And holy crap are they better than the canned ds tunes.
Deff the way to go
