    No I didn’t. I tried every possible way to see that. Ultimately I just switched the screen off just to save some bettery to go to dealer service. Unfortunately the bettery died and had to be towed . Now it’s back and I am told that everything was just fine and there might be some door not closed...

    Hi.!It stays on indefinitely ! I had to manually turn the touch screen off .

    Hello everyone, I bought this new 2019 Eco diesel Ram last week. Today when I shut the engine and close all doors , remove key from the ignition , the radio keeps on and touch screen does not shut down . What should I do? Do you think I have messed up with settings?
