Hello everyone,
I bought this new 2019 Eco diesel Ram last week.
Today when I shut the engine and close all doors , remove key from the ignition , the radio keeps on and touch screen does not shut down .

What should I do? Do you think I have messed up with settings?

Hmm, my 18 doesn't do that. Does it stay on indefinitely or time out?

Hi.!It stays on indefinitely ! I had to manually turn the touch screen off .

If under warranty, take it back to the deal, show them a video of the issue, let them repair.

Yes , It’s not starting and have requested for roadside assistance now!!!
Can you believe it? The new car and 2nd day of ownership!!! Thanks anyway though ...

No I didn’t. I tried every possible way to see that. Ultimately I just switched the screen off just to save some bettery to go to dealer service. Unfortunately the bettery died and had to be towed . Now it’s back and I am told that everything was just fine and there might be some door not closed properly . But I checked that possibility too before as when a door was kept open, the screen shows which door was open !
