my 2019 is doing the samething.its your vacumm brake booster or the check valve.if your can press it at least 1/8th deep it will catch.- Rambutz

Removed Rear Panel to Swap out speaker and found this...
i know we are talking about "Ram".but the truck i had before this was a "Avalanche".my was so bad ,when you open the door you can hear the water "Sloshing"i bought speaker baffels.like what your talking about.
