    The return signal from the distributor is not always 5 volts it drops off to about two and then goes to 5 I have tested that wire all the way to the control module and there's no resistance why would it do that?

    I now have two codes actually one code 0320 it says ignition distributor engine speed input and if I go to OEM enhanced it tells me the same code but it says cranks position sensor which is brand new and I wouldn't have spark if it was bad. ????

    Map reads 30 in hg I'm at about 500 ft above sea level. 1v at both O2 sensors .

    40 psi at fuel rail. Cleaned injectors, almost started again. Will the temp sender cause this ? Seems to test ok. 5v in and 1v+ out.

    Put a new distributor in it yesterday, only had 2v return signal. Bent metal for pickup. Almost started then back to what it was doing. Has great spark. Noid lights say the injectors are firing. Plus you can smell the fuel. Timing is dead on. Good compression. Baffled, been a mechanical for 30+...

    98 ram 5.9 l new cam position crank position throttle position map sensors has all the 5 volt references has Good grounds has spark has fuel pressure has compression timing is dead on cranks but will not start tries to but it won't fire
