I am trying to help a friend of mine out. His 2011 Ram 5.7’s camshaft had destroyed itself. There is metal in the oil and the #1 MDS solenoid is clogged from metal on the screen so I'm concerned he has a high probability of bearing and ring damage. The truck has about 180k miles too.
