    Thanks for the replys. I pulled the fuse, looked fine, got underneath made sure the connectors were tight, wiggled and pushed them in a bit but everything seemed fine. But, took it for a 2 hour round trip and it was fine the entire time. Strange huh?

    Would it still make noise standing still? Thats how we first noticed it was with the truck running at idle at a red light.

    So I moved up the hood bumpers untill the hood couldnt be moved at all when closed and it seems to have taken care of that clunk I was talking about, thanks for pointing that out to me

    Wow that is quite the difference, keep us posted if it helps. Just a FYI, I just got a used superchips and am running the MPG tune, so far it appears to be helping a average of about 2 mpg...if I drive it right, trips where I would normally get a avg of 13 mpg, im almost at 15 mpg
