96 2wd with the 318. It seemed to happen pretty suddenly... over the course of a few days, I went from "normal" to "wouldn't even start, it was so clogged"! Opposite normal front bumper question
I believe that's a later sport bumper... I want to say 99? My 96 is a "Sport" (AGG code on my under hood decal)... but has a body color "standard" bumper.- SrBernelli

I believe the 96 sport bumper is simply a regular bumper... just painted body color. Later trucks had an actual different bumper- SrBernelli

The assemblies I was looking at are black with a clear lens. I was hot rodding back in the 80s and 90s enough to know completely tinted sucks at night. Lol This is what I had in mind- SrBernelli
