Yeah originally the belt was squealing so I replaced the belt and put new tensioner in at the same time. Truck was running nice new tensioner and new belt were quiet no more squealing.

I'd like to know the answer to this myself as my engine has 220,000km (138000miles) and i've been thinking about rebuilding my engine in the near future with a cam and lifter upgrade.

good idea I'll check it this coming weekend. I ended up having to work all weekend so no time to do anything.
So i'll check torque values, degrease and keep an eye on it for the coming weeks. I'll also change the pcv valve.
