NHTSA Opening Probe for Steering Issues
Thanks for posting that. I bought my 2016 used just before that article came out. Just the other day I lost my power steering in traffic but was able to get it into a Lowes parking lot. After waiting for 2 hours for a tow truck, the Ram "fixed" itself and has been fine for 2 days. Still...- VSJ2

2016 1500 Laramie Power Steering stopped working, then came back to life
Today while heading to the store, my electric power steering just quit. Fortunately I was able to get it into a parking lot safely (but not without considerable effort). Tried starting it a bunch of times to see if it would clear up, nope. Called a tow truck which showed up 2 hours later...- VSJ2

Glad you were able to get rid of him. We discovered 2 mice that had babies in my wife's CRV, caught the adults and 2 babies but the increasing stink says there are more and now we need to tear out the rear seats and carpeting. Oh, joy.- VSJ2

Greetings! New to me 2016 Laramie 1500
Just picked up a 2016 1500 Laramie. My 1st truck was a 1988 F-150 XLT Lariat. It was top of the line with A/C, power windows, power locks and FM stereo - that was it! Traded in a 2008 Acura MDX for the Laramie. I was amazed at how much quieter and comfortable the Ram is over the MDX. Still...- VSJ2
