Removed the front grill & cut to fit with Adfors (Pet Resistant) thick plastic door screen.

To protect & keep bugs/road debris from plugging up All my coolers & a/c condenser & radiator.

Also covered the inlet of the active air intake system.
Just to keep any small/large bugs or other debris from entering the intake box itself.

How did you attach it to the inside of the grill?

Kad: I always have used thick zip ties.
Remove the front grill & you have full access to all the coolers & A/C condenser & radiator —->Full access to cover all with the screen to keep bugs / debris out. (To effect cooling from good air flow)

You will have access as well to many mounting points for the zip ties.

Takes about 30 min.

I would have taken pics but I was in a rush due too any time I start one of these simple projects. The lovely wife makes plans for us at that exact same time.

I just ordered a 10 pack of 921 LEDs from Amazon. Going to do all the 921 bulbs in the truck. They'll be going in Sunday when the Amazon fairy delivers the goodies!

I just did all of mine too they work great!

Thanks for the reply. I was asking just so I could compare, as I put the Diode Dynamics LED’s in my headlights and reverse lights.

Here's the Headlights and reverse lights. They turned out great.

First off, I don't know fu*kall anout Furds but "360 Big block" sounded odd. LOL.

Not 1st, 2nd or 3rd? No Trophy!

As others have already pointed out, it is a big block 360. It isn't a powerful motor, but they are almost bulletproof. Kind of funky to work on, as I'm finding out as I go. The 360FE and the 390FE were based off of the same block. Most parts are interchangeable. They were very popular, or I should say widely used in Ford trucks in the 60's and 70's.

Looks great. Give us tips to minimize trial and error. I have to redo my handles all the time with the plastidip, the girls keep hitting them with their damn nails.
Cold stretch the front part of the handle, smooth out the creases, stretch to the back and form around the handle. Apply heat after that and squeegee the crap out of it. Hit it with heat to shrink the vinyl, cut it with sharp blade, remove the excess and hit it with heat again to set it. Huge pain in the rear but worth it in the end.

Cool, did you take the handles off or just do it with them on?

Fooled around with the lights and added some red backlight to my high beam quadrant.

Left them on, thought about taking them off but figured it would be easier to stretch the vinyl with handle on the truck.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Just going to have to stand around and do it rather than sit at the workbench!

If you do this, please post pictures of the process. I would like to do it but I’m not quite clear on how to do it. Thx

LEDs #1.jpgLEDs #2.jpg Got these in the mail today. I'm a little worried though about the low beams fitting since I have the aftermarket Spyder headlights with the rubber dust cap.....
