Yay, been wanting to do this. Guy in Santa Rosa does such good work, only 125 bucks for all 3 items, will do my bumper when I take it off. He even did the back of the grill. I had him do at least 10 things since he has been in business, 3 locations, every time perfect. Now the grill is heavy, and I like that, it was so cheapy before this. I highly recommend doing this if you don't mind the rough look.

I am beat down like a bad dog, I will take pics on the truck in a day or two if someone wants to see that.

I had him go over the rubber steps because they were horrible looking, 7 years old and cheapy's I got off ebay for less then 200 bones. They could no longer even think about being clean. When that stainless gets blown, that is all she wrote. Love the black. He said the coating is even stronger of you do the entire piece, so I took a chance, and glad I did.

Old grill, hated that chrome plastic or whatever the called it.

THat looks fantastic. I am doing the same with my steps. They look like ****. I got a quote for $275, they epoxy the plastic end caps, and will even do the connecting brackets.

That grill looks awesome. he did a great job.

Looks good, when I get home I'm getting my chrome bumpers colormatched(Maximum Steel) with Linex and then getting my tow hooks done in bronze to match my Method Wheels I have on order.

It looks so good and he is so reasonable, I'm thinking about asking him to do the wheels.

Yup. I got a couple dents over the weekend on my rear bumper. To replace the bumper will cost me around $400. Just for the hell of it I called the local LineX shop. They will fill in the dents and LineX both sides of the rear bumper for $150. They do the front bumper the same for another $150....I wouldn't want them not to match. Lol This spring I'll get it done....after winter driving.

Keep an eye on the nerf bars, the edges near the plastic circular piece can split. I had to take mine back for them to redo it all. (free of course). Just run your finger along the entire edge and try to feel for any noticeable dips. Just from 1 Line-X lover to another. Just remember your are stepping on this and it flexes every so slightly is all. It took mine a year to crack with the light spray on one part so not like it will immediately happen lol. Before n After.

I know the 2nd one is far away, just showing they will redo it completely and not patch it.

Looks great, and you cant beat $125 for all 3 pieces. Good call blacking out the chrome grille with line-x. Will hold up a lot better than plasti dip.

Looks great! I would like to get my bumpers done at some point, either black or color match, haven't decided yet.

I am thinking of doing the grill in Metallic Silver (PS2) color-matched, and the honeycomb sprayed black. I have some aftermarket bumpers coming with Line-X like black coating. I think it will look awesome. Contemplating doing my knock-off bushwhacker fender flares in Line-X colormatch as well.

I don't think my marriage will last if I follow Craw down the whole vehicle coating. I want to though!

I might try to do this myself. Have the professional sprayer and everything. Was going to do front/rear bumpers, nerfs, grille, and rocker panel lower section as well. My truck is white so will be a really cool combo.
