Is there a service center for ANY dealership that is worth a damn?
I have owned new cars in all if the big 3 brands, plus VW, Toyota, and Nissan. NONE of the service centers believed in customer service.
Recent issue with one was a brake caliper that seized. Rotor was shiny blue and there was melted rubber leaking past the caliper piston. Heavy odor of burnt brake fluid.
Service manager said that because they couldn't get the situation to reoccur that there was nothing they could do and that it may have been "just a fluke, a one time occurance".
Even after pointing out the OBVIOUS evidence, no dice.
Once again, are there ANY service centers out there that are worth a damn?
