So have been wanting to do this for quite some time, but kept lurking and reading. Finally, Black Friday came on Amazon and BAM, $200 prime shipped. Now, $200 might not seem like a lot of money to some, but to me, its a LOT. Regardless, was suppose to be my Christmas present, but went ahead and popped it in.

1. Yes, the Velcro sucks. I have some excellent 3m tape I can use, or I will just mount it else where. I do think it is pleasing to the eye's though. Not an eye sore, like my ex-wife's.
2. Install was about as easy as it can be. Really, super easy.
3. Pairing it to my phone...different story. Took a while of praying to Buddha, rubbing my head, and running around the yard doing my rain dance butt naked, but finally got it to connect. Wow.
4. Won't even go Eco mode, as this is not what i bought it for. My SOLE purpose for this was to get rid of the 'lag'....the OH MY GOD THE TRUCK IS GOING TO HIT ME lag. You know what I mean.
5. So I set it for City plus 2.....ZERO CHUB. But a little nudge..
6. So I set it for Sport plus 0....OK, something is moving down there...better....but not yet...
7. So I set it for Sport plus 2....HOT DAMN, WE HAVE LIFTOFF! FULL WOOD! WooooHooooo!

So my main enemy is the interstate I have to cross everyday. OMG the traffic, and there were times I swear to God Elvis was sitting next to me laughing.... NOT TODAY. Zipped across it like a ****** on MILITARY PAYDAY SKIPPING CORNERS. Hot Damn!

Now, back to reality. If I had paid $300...I would be pissed. Even at $200, my wallet is bleeding a little. But, so far, and I do mean SO FAR, it has lived up to its hype. Time will tell....as well as CEL's. I hope not. I have 73K on my truck and it still looks and drives like new.

Hope you all had a Happy Thanksgiving and I will keep this updated. Semper Fi!

A small update after a few days of driving. Wow, and wow. I took it down from Sport +2 to City +3. That seems to be the happy medium for me...but sure was digging that Sport +2! Zippy as heck. Who ever said that they should have come like this from the factory is correct. What a huge difference. Now, doing the 'time' thing to see what happens in the next 30 days. So far, no regrets.

I've only had mine for a few months and took it out so it could go to the dealer for warranty work. I forgot what it was like to drive, it felt like a first generation (military) Humvee without the Pedal Commander.

$200 sounds like a great deal though. I know some folks spend a lot of time looking for them used at that price.

I agree $200.00 sounds a lot better then $300 :O For me I can not see spending $300 for just the fun factor :O But I also drive like a grandma lol, But $200.00 would get my attention :)
