I Replaced my original Goodyears (terrible) in March 2019, with 37K on them. Bought the Michelin LTX, and was a large improvement. However, they (supposedly) were a 70,000 mile tire. Since working from home, I went from stop an go commuting, and 12K a year the truck, to 6K a year. I now have 65,000 miles on the truck, and the Michelins have about 28K on them. Got the truck PA state inspected today, and tires have gone from 7/32 to 5/32 in only 6000 miles (that's from inspection last year). WTF? My driving is local, with some stop and go, and I average 60-70 mph highway driving. At this rate, I think I will only get 40K out of these tires max.
Would I buy them again? I think so, because they are excellent in the wet and snow. However, don't be fooled thinking you're going to get 60K or more out of them.
