Turbo and boost display

All right boys maybe you are smarter than me but I need some help. I’ve got a 2017 6.7 Just installed a new long block, turbo, and turbo actuator. Everything is working fine except for the turbo, the display shows three-quarter boost and then it’ll go blank when I set the cruise control. When it goes blank, I can fill it loose a little power then the engine break hesitates before engaging. When the display shows boost the engine brake works fine. I replaced the MAP sensor the mass airflow sensor with no luck. I replaced the turbo actuator again thinking that was the problem but it’s still doing the same thing. All I can figure is it’s got a short, but if anybody can help, I would appreciate it. Oh by the way, I’ve got no check engine, lights or codes. Truck is deleted with a stupid raceme tuner.

Is there any chance you missed a ground or have a corroded one somewhere ? Might try checking elec connections for a bent pin or one that did not seat properly.
