I'm interested to know, did they install these spacers as well?

No, they did not. I went back to the and all they did is install the leveling kit from RC. All that did is trick the computer to expend the air bag. Hence the rough ride. I found a shop that understands these trucks. Once I get the spacers and links from Revel, I'll take it to them.

Right, it appears that both items should be used together. You raise the truck with the spacers, then you "fool' the sensors to think that you are still at stock ride height.
That way your air-bag/shock remain the same length that they were originally. And just as important, the pressure in the air bag isn't increased to raise the truck.
I think what you were experiencing was the increased air pressure in the air bags as well as the upper limit of the shock's travel.

I'm glad to hear that you seem to have it sorted, please let us know how it works out.:waytogo:

That's exactly how the new shop explained it . I'll definitely update you once it's all done.

Quick update: I had to order the front ride height sensors because the first shop installed some cheap RC bracket and links on the truck. They didn't keep the original. Waiting on those now.

I can understand the brackets from the prior kit, but the original sensors are not there anymore?!

Nope. At this point I don't even want to go back and ask them. I tried to explain to them what they did wrong (and I made sure I didn't want a refund), they told me what they did is the ONLY way to level this truck ‍♂️

You should share the name of these guys,it may help someone else from getting in a similar bad situation . They took your cash and did half a$s work with equally $hitty parts . They deserve exposure for not even attempting to make things right.

^^^ This!!

It's not slander, it's a PSA to help other members here not get shafted by hacks who know nothing about doing this work correctly.

They only know how to scam and fraud out hard working honest enthusiasts.

How the hell would removing an electronic sensor for air suspension and replacing with a bracket even sound remotely correct to even somebody who didnt know what they were doing?

No wonder the truck was riding crummy.

From what I understand, the part I got from Mopar has the sensor, link and bracket. They claimed to have changed the bracket alone but the other shop is telling me that the links are not OEM.

I'm not even mad anymore, I just can't wait to get the nice smooth ride back.

Yep. That is a great attitude to have man. Just move on in the right direction with proper parts and be happy !
