I have a 2012 ram with the 5.7, it's a laramie so with the full center console. I pulled the console front sears, steering wheel, and dash to get the evaporator core replaced and now that it's all back together I'm having some electrical issues and heating issues. My Heater blows hot when it's set to the lowest temp, and blows cold when set to the highest temp. Also my cruise control no longer works, and now I have a service 4wd light and service trailer brake system light on. Anybody else ran into issues like this after pulling the dash?

sorry to say, but it looks like you might have to pull that apart again, unless you can re-trace your wires from underneath. The heat/cold issue might be an easy fix, but the cruise, trailer, etc, being in the steering wheel means you have to pull it again.

just my thoughts...i'm probably wrong

Yeah, definitely sounds like an electrical connection issue, connector not fully seated, possible bent pin in one of the connectors or something along those lines.

I took the brake switch and held in the plunger and it cleared my service 4x4 and service trailer brake system lights, still need to look into my heating system being reversed. Would that have anything to do with the ac system being out of freon?

You could stop by a Independent Radiator & Air Conditioning Shop
Not a new fancy place, one that has been in business for 10 years or so.

I would go in & say, maybe you can help me
I think that i have a issue with my A/C system & then tell them the story that you just told us.
Treat them as you would new friend
