So I’m about to go pick up a 1991W 250 with the 360 in it. When I first looked at it it ran great and I went to look at I t again today and it is now idling bad (like it is misfiring) and there is black smoke coming from the exhaust! Should I be worried now? Hopefully I can hear back from you...- mykdee

I just picked up a 91 Ram 250 single cab 4WD with 91K! It is a old government truck and in pretty good condition. A good friend of mine passed away from cancer about 2 months ago and I am buying it from his family. My buddy Craig had intended to restore the truck and use it as a weekend truck...- mykdee
