    Performance doubter eating crow

I am now a believer in doing performance enhancements to my 2004 ram 1500 hemi. It started about 2 wks ago my muffler and pipes on the verge of rusting out and falling off. I didn't want to take it to midas cause they ripped me off a few years ago so I found a local shop here in town that does...

    Undercoating or paint?

I would say do all of that as it is kind of useless to put an undercoating without removing the rust. Like you outline sand, prime paint and then put a rubberized undercoat. I see your in Pennsylvania so it would work better for you to do so with all the salt and snow.

    Dr. Colorchip worthy???

when you run your finger nail over the scratch does your nail get catch or do go over the scratch without getting caught? From the looks of it, it looks like a surface scratch you can try using some rubbing compound and buff it out. Otherwise you will have to wet sand it.
