    you'll loose the armrest USB anyways with aftermarket radio. The stock radio goes right back in no problem even after you cut the cross member. Cut it out and put in what ever radio you want.

    ran into the same issue on my 13. Can't find any that state they work with factory steps. Kinda gave up. I was going to look and see if the steps can be slid back at all but haven't gotten to it. hope you find a solution and post up if you do would love to know!

    Has anyone solved the USB to center console problem yet?

    well that sucks! I think the "solution" is to do a single run and then splice it into the current plug in the panel. Remove the rest of the wire "hub" part that might be causing the issue. That way it remains factory looking but functions with aftermarket radio. That's gonna be my plan next...
