I had to replace the master control switch on the drivers side. Thats what was causing it. Sorry if i created any confusion.
I did get it to work several times for a short bit by messing with the plug but it would eventually stop working again, so replacing it was less work.
It was a couple years ago but i know it was the largest vacum hose at the base of the throttle body. I just brought it to the store and they cut me a piece
My bee was super charged over 10yrs ago. It has 34k miles on it now.
Paxton makes a kit for them. Its a bit different than my system but the outcome is the same.
BOOST!
I used that "wipe new" product on my daughters 04 neon and even though it took two applications the plastic looks brand new now. Just dont let it get wet for 24 hours or it will spot up.
I keep the plastic on my ram coated with turtle wax ice and it still looks as good as new.
Had the same problem on my Dakota. It ended up being a cracked hose going into the bottom of the throttle body. When the engine moved in its mounts the crack would appear. I cut the hose a little shorter and once i was sure, I replaced the hose. One goes all the way back to the tank and is...
I use my truck everyday too. Getting 10.3 miles per gallon around town with 3.92 gears.
A forged 5.7 will take 6psi of boost and last pretty well if tuned right.
6.4 cylinder walls are a bit thin for boost from what i understand

They sell it at crutchfield though...at retail but you might find it cheaper elsewhere. Kicker 11PES10C Sealed powered subwoofer with 10" sub and 450-watt amp at Crutchfield.com...
Here are a couple of pics of the completed install.

I replaced all the factory speakers with kickers and added a kicker 450watt powered 10 inch sub behind the seats in the middle of the factory toolbox.
It has quick connections and velcro straps on it in case i need the storage space.
The head unit is a 200watt kenwood
I make sure and clean it off as soon as possible. Especially the inside of the rear wheel wells. Wax it 4-5 times a year and use plenty of soap because the sand and grit in the road salt can scratch so easily.
The rear bumper is also a spot where it tends to accumulate.
I put an extra clamp on my leaking return hose a couple days ago. Its not leaking now but i had my shop order both hoses from a local dealer. Cant be much pressure if a regular clamp will hold it.
