With the truck in park and the transmission not in gear when the engine is started I don't see how any parts in the transfer case would be moving to cause the popping noise.     That's awesome... I like having the ability to "turn it up" for some fun. I'm going to have my wife try driving it and set it to Sport Plus (+4) without her knowing. Ill just have to make sure nothing is in front of us or even near us.

    I have a 2019 for about two weeks now ( 400 miles on it) I notice it more when im slowly decelerating on a slight to moderate incline. Not all the time though. It seems to catch me off guard.
