my 2021 has a passive entry tailgate handle with the remote tailgate release. will unlock the tailgate but not the doors, I haven't looked to see if there is a way to lock the tailgate from the handle. should be doable like mentioned above
i think this is sort of intentional, it takes the radio from night mode to daylight mode. there is sort of a detent when this happens at the top of the dial. i have been messing with it because i find the dash not bright enough when i have my wipers on and the headlights come on during the day...
government mandate i believe on the TPMS on the 2500s, been discussed in the 4th gen section previously. the light load button used to be on 3500's which didnt have the same mandate because its a different class of truck.
got my new Genos Cushion last night, took about an hour to install, left the seat bolted to the truck. of course as with anything nothing goes 100% according to plan....now my memory seat buttons dont do anything, i can reset the memory and the screen will tell me i cant use it if not in park...
signed in today wondering the same thing. I ordered a Genos Garage cushion the other day, its on backorder. should have it in a couple of weeks and will get it installed. should be an easy swap, just have to deal with the hog rings.
sounds to me like you have a bunch of crap stuck in the transmission cooler. i bet they haven't gotten all the old fluid from the original transmission out of the cooler and once the fluid heats up enough to open the bypass valve you get a flood of debris into the new transmission.
yeah probably will need a new caliper. i had the same thing happen to mine on the driver side. similar mileage too. i went with the frontline series of pads and rotors from advance auto, no complaints with about 15k on them since the install.
I have the same exact problem and have gotten the cold shoulder from everyone I have talked to. i completely understand that rock chips happen, its the fact that they are chipping to bare metal and rusting. i have been complaining to my dealer about this since 15,000 miles, they haven't wanted...
i used JB waterweld to repair a plastic gas tank on a wood chipper, its designed for use on plastic fuel tanks. would be a good temporary fix, should be available at home depot.
word of advice on the pearl white, get a clear bra on that front bumper ASAP. i did not and mine was full of rock chips within 6 months and was starting to get surface rust. now at 60k miles it needs a full respray. this color seems to chip right through to the bare metal as opposed to a...
having previously owned an 8-speed 1500 and knowing how awesome it was in that truck, this is the exact thing the 6.4l needs. my wife is going to be pissed when i take one for a test drive.
mine squeak and squeal front and rear. just had to replace the front pads and rotors at 48,000 had a stuck caliper and burned through the pads on the driver side.
yeah its in the $800 dollar range for a set of aftermarket projectors and the plug and play harness required. did the upgrade on my last truck along with some HIDs and the difference is huge between the projectors and the quad housing.
i dont have any specific numbers on the impact to the payload, i do know that a yard+ of stone dust can still go in the bed without hitting the bumpstops. Icon calls it a multi rate spring so it does sag quickly initially, couple hundred pounds near the tailgate is enough to see a ride height...
the icon springs are Icon # 214206. i am currently running them with bilstein 5100's but am going to swap out to a pair of the icon shocks in the spring
they only come one when in reverse and are like mini projector lenses so the driver isnt blinded when looking at the mirrors but they light the side of the truck up.
