3.21 LSD - 8spd: 37" tires yes or no?

I bought my 2014 1500 ST CC a little over a month ago. Before I purchased I ran the VIN# and got the build sheet (see below). Cabin filter mod - help
After I removed the glove box and the panel below the fan I noticed a small wiring harness below the fan not connected to anything. Is this for an accessory I don't have (2014 express) or did I accidentally disconnect from somewhere? I looked around and didn't see anywhere to plug it in...- Atincup

6" RC lift with Bilstein 5100 ??
Received my adjustable 5100 front struts and waiting on my 6" RC lift. I prefer a "level" look. What is the consensus on the setting for the Bilsteins? I know it depends on the truck, but what have most gone with. Thanks and I can't wait for the UPS man to get here next week. -
