Yeah, my guy said the CarQuest one had all the same markings & part number on it as the OEM one he pulled off..... said more then likely the same manufacturer.
Awesome, that's what we thought.... dealership wanted $2,000 to replace whole lower control arm, but my mechanic is only gonna charge me $250 to replace the ball joint. Talk about dealership rip off, $605 for the lower control arm itself!!!!
Thanks for the reply!!!!
Dealership said it has to all be changed out, but my mechanic said the ball joint is listed by itself and doesn't think you need to repair the lower control arm itself....
Well FCA put a full restriction on my truck!!! I took it in today to have a noise diagnosed and it’s the lower control arm ball joint. Would having 5100’s on my truck cause damage to the lower ball joint???
on the phone now with the warranty people, better refund me some money if they are gonna...
Question for you... Once you have the front struts prebuilt is it just a matter of removing the 3 nuts on the top of the strut mount and the single bolt holding the bottom end???
I have a 2014 also and have never been able to get the aux switch stuff to pop up in the EVIC…. I’ve seen others with the same problem, 13-15 trucks are weird that way.
If the ends of the cv axles are loose on the splines then I wouldn’t drive it. I just had something similar happen and had to replace the whole front assembly cuz it destroyed the spline shafts. Cost me almost $4000 to replace everything!!!
Check your owners manual, there is a list of all the bulbs in it. According to mine, if you have the Non LED taillights, it should just be a 3157K bulb. I have a 2014 so don't know if it's changed since then but I don't think they they've changed.....
Those are Retro Shop adapters to install LED taillights on a non LED taillight truck.

Any hemi dual exhaust will fit a V6 but you may need a couple of isolators. Not sure what the aftermarket dual kits come with as I did the OEM hemi dual exhaust. I posted a video in this thread.
