    Check the vacuum hose on the cruise control also check your relay to see if it's any good. As for the 4x4 you might be able to go to a dodge dealer and ask them to hook up a fancy scan tool and it should be able to tell what exactly is wrong with your 4x4

    08' check gauge issue.

    Thanks! I found out that i can install a external voltage regulator and bypass the PCM and so that is what I did, and it does well on my 08' only thing i have to deal with is the check gage light stays on due to there is no signal of voltage going to the voltage regulator on the PCM

    *UPDATE* So I narrowed it down to the PCM. And I've heard that when buying a new PCM, it has to be programmed based on the VIN. Does this mean I just can't go out to a junk yard pick up a PCM for the motor my ram has and use it on my truck?

    Lift kit idea

    So out of curiosity. I've pondered the idea of lifting my 08' 1500 and I was wondering is it possible for me to lift it using a stock suspension setup from a 2500 diesel? I found a 2500 in a salvage yard and I want to know if it would work or not. Anyone have any information on this?
