Nope no indication whatsoever. No hard driving. Wonder if the close confines of being in a garage, or smell trapped in the vents was just the issue.

Started my truck this morning in the garage, got a sulfur smell (rotten egg). It quickly went away. I know that many would quickly suggest the catalytic converter, but didn’t receive any vehicle message and everything seems to be in order. Would’ve expected a message if were catalytic...
Just got a small household pressure washer. Looking for a recommendation on soap for foam cannon. Anybody a fan of a particular product? Other recommendations?

They certified the vehicle prior to your ownership. The oil can be independently tested to prove that it has maintained its integrity.
I would contact FCA directly.

I have to the 32 gallon tank. At full, shows a range of approximately 500 miles. I inquired about an update at the dealer to address same concern.
Dealer didn’t know of one. May want to consider changing title of the post.

I noticed a slight noise when my wheel was cut fully right. Upon closer inspection, the plastic shield that lines the inner wheel well was dislodged and had become distorted.
Ever happen to one of you guys?
I was able to shape it back as best as I could, no run, but will likely replace.

It’s a know issue. I chased it, reprogrammed TCM and PCM, valve body service but finally resolved with driveshaft being serviced with OEM repair and replacement.

This evening put the truck in reverse. Display went dark, except for guide lines. Back to drive, and then reverse. 2x or 3x - same deal, then back to normal. Nothing obstructing lens - no explanation. Thoughts?

When originally introduced, yep.
Not the original owner, and purchased the car pre-owned. Only requirement since being reintroduced was that the vehicle had to have less than 48k miles on it.

Yep. Doing your own maintenance doesn’t void the warranty. I just don’t have the technical wherewithal. Not to mention, I buy my oil changes and tire rotation 3/$99 through the dealer.
Totally get it about trusting the dealer for maintenance. I feel like I have a bit of a relationship with...
Have a lifetime MaxCare from MOPAR (no longer available) with unlimited mileage or time. It doesn’t require periodic inspection, however I do service only at my dealer as I believe it strengthens any claims I might have in the future.
The warranty has been a good value IMO.

Same for me. Cancelled the dealer purchased warranty, rolled it into MOPAR lifetime purchases online through seller recommended in the forum.

Very well said.
I suspect you’re correct that they can cut their losses and get out for those who want to get out of the warranty and figure they can recoup their investments.
Another member referenced an earlier time when the manufacturer offered lifetime as an incentive (2008 or so) to spur...
At the suggestion of one of the forum members I watched the Dave Ramsey video. He makes a compelling case, however it addresses the business model of the warranty companies; saying that mathematically they forecast a 13% coverage rate for every policy, in comparison to a fat margin of 87%...
Bought my vehicle with a Flowmaster 50 series. Was told it was quieter than the 40 series.
Love the sound on cold start, many compliments friends, etc.
Wasn’t crazy about the amplified sound at first, have gown to enjoy this aspect of the truck.

Awesome, thanks.
One caveat - I have SiriusXM (lifetime subscription) and transferring that is a hassle.
Love the idea of staying OEM though - thanks!

Sounds like you’ve made some really good choices.
Most people don’t have the discipline to hold back the cash as an emergency fund, and that was the point I was trying to make. Best intentions aren’t always a common practice.
You don’t buy a warranty for a $28 sensor like some have...
Would love some more details. If a factory swap is that easy - seems like it’d be the path of least resistance.
Where’d you buy, etc.
Why a new USB hub? In the center console?

Ironically, just received an email from MOPAR offering $3K on a new vehicle (extra) or $2,500 cash in exchange for cancellation of my MOPAR protection plan.
I’ll be keeping mine.

So warranties, like life insurance, doesn’t benefit anyone outside of the need for peace of mind?
Guess the alternative is for no one to make money off the sale of goods and services because there’s no exchange of value? We’re not talking about a warranty on a $300 microwave here.
I’ve...
